Once again we have joined together to host the 2019 Christmas Spirit activities to be held in Beattyville/Lee County on Saturday December 7th. We want this year to be bigger and better than ever…..
We are planning all-day events beginning at 10:00am at the Three Forks Historical Museum with a vendor market and Santa’s workshop for kids. There will be visits and pictures with Santa and Ms. Claus, Christmas Story readings, cookie decorating and craft station. We will end the day’s events with the annual parade, Kiwanis Treat and annual Christmas Tree lighting.
Throughout the entire month of December we are planning some other special activities like music on Main Street with carolers and bands and activities on the Town Square. We are encouraging businesses to decorate their store fronts by sponsoring a decorating contest with a cash prize. We want our town to be covered in the spirit of Christmas, but we need you…..we need your help and participation to make this a success.
