Hometown Heros Banner Project
The City of Beattyville, along with the Downtown Beattyville Alliance would like to offer a special way to honor and pay tribute to all past and current serving members of the Armed Forces. Our community has seen its fair share of citizens who have taken the call to serve our country protecting our freedom and they are the heart of this project.
Each banner, available for purchase for $100.00 will be in honor of a military member (with ties to Beattyville/Lee County) to include NAME, BRANCH OF SERVICE and a PHOTOGRAPH. They will be hung and displayed on our Main Street lamp posts during Veterans Day, Memorial Day and 4th of July.
