Shop with a cop was a big success again this year! They sure made some local kids very happy.
The funding for the event is sponsored by ASAP, Family Resource Center and other donations. A big thank you to Sherry Lanham who organizes the effort through the Family Resource Center, Sheriff Wendell Childers and his wife Brenda, Deputy Sheriff Doug Wilder and wife Veronica and Beattyville city police officers Cody Sparks and John Marshall and Mayor Scott Jackson.
